Journey was created to share meditation in a way that all people could relate to, wherever they are in life. We believed that if we could create a simple yet powerful technique that could appeal to a large-scale audience, we could change a lot of people’s lives, and perhaps even change the world. So that's what we did.

    • Participant are given customized marketing materials to help you easily communicate the program to your team and business impact metrics to measure the effectiveness of the program.
    • There is no change of clothes or lotus position required (we use chairs).
